The temporary absence from the "real world" is needed sometime to function. Start taking time out for yourself to do what you love. YOU are the most important person in the world and you are no good if you're not well. It is true that God does not give us more than we can handle - but it's equally true that if you don't deal with the thing at a time ; it all just starts to pile up which eventually lead to stress and/or anxiety. There is no such thing as multitasking. As for not wanting do because you partner is not here, I think it's silly...life does not stop for anything, so why should You? You don't know for sure and its irrevelant if the added body would help or hurt you. Look at all you've had to accomplish on your our. The key here is: what did you learn about yourself? It's time to reclaim/reshape your goals, reframe your action and thoughts, and try to overcome these hurdles. live on, live strong...
